    2. YIHUA 857D+ Hot Air Rework StationThe YIHUA 857D+ blower hot air rework station features the latest dual turbo blower with a large airflow rate and a longer service life. The air supply is turbo charged, and generates a spiral wind if using a large nozzle, and a strong wind if using a small nozzle. The airflow rate is also adjustable.

  • We have developed a special air gun handle with safety protection function. The air gun is used to the general type hot air rework station. After having been connected to the power, the hot air rework station won't start the normal operation until the handle has been laid on the handle rack. Once the handle is not placed on the rack, the machine unit couldn’t detect the safety command. Therefore, we can avoid the negative effects resulted from the handle placed in the insecure or flammable places.
  • The brushless fan of air gun can be used for 20,000 hours. It offers a large amount of soft, uniform air flow.
  • A ceramic air gun heater of skeleton type structure is made full used of. It works stably, and has perfect resistance to impact, heating, and vibration.
  • Both air outlet and air gun nozzle of the general type hot air rework station are made of high grade stainless steel. They have good thermal conductivity and excellent antioxidation performance.
