Soldering Station

The soldering station is a hand tool frequently used for electronics soldering. It heats the solder and then uses the melt solder to connect the workpieces. This product has a wide range of application. It can be used for the electronic communication products maintenance, electronic integrated circuit, chips, etc.
    2. 948DB+-II Soldering Station The soldering station can heat up to 300℃within 7 seconds.
      The soldering station features functions up to 5, one Hotkey to Operate.
      Fahrenheit and Celsius can be easily switched to meet different market demands.
    2. 926LED-III/926LED-IV Digital Soldering Iron Station Fast Heating Up & Adjustable Accurate Temperature - This soldering station provides fast heating up and wide heat settings (194F~896℉/90°C ~ 480°C) to choose from. The current temperature can be consistently kept due to its advanced temperature control technology.

    2. YIHUA-950 Lead Free High Frequency Soldering StationA buzzer has been installed inside the rework station. It alarms when the temperature reaches the set value, abnormal conditions occurs, or when the soldering station goes dormant or is automatically power off.
      The whole machine works stably with high-level configuration.
    2. YIHUA-9936 Portable Soldering StationIt applies integrated design with high-efficient switching power supply and power control system. Controlled by the SAMSUNG microcomputer PID, it allows for fast warming. Only 15 seconds are required for the temperature rising from 30℃ to 300℃.

The soldering station should have the anti-static function. Currently, it has two types of temperature control methods. The simplest one is the adjustable electric quantity control method. The soldering station realizes the temperature control through using the soldering iron to speedily transfer heat to the workpiece. Another temperature control method is of relatively higher grade. This method uses the chip to check the soldering tip temperature. Then, it uses the program comparison to adjust the on-off of the temperature controller, thus achieving the temperature control effect. When the soldering tip temperature is lower than the set temperature, you should connect the machine, and supply power to the temperature controller for heating. You need to stop the machine, once the soldering tip temperature is higher than the set temperature.

Our soldering station applies the PID temperature control method, which allows for the temperature control precision reaching 20ms per cycle.
