1. This rework station features a PID programmable temperature control system and real-time temperature tracking for each component, as well as an automatic temperature correction with a rapid compensation speed and minimum tolerance.
2. The hot air gun utilizes a ceramic skeleton heater to provide a rapid but uniform hot air. It uses an upgraded version of previous fan models for a larger airflow rate, and generates a strong spiral wind with a longer service life.
3. The 853AAA soldering iron uses an imported heater with a rapid heating speed, reliable performance and longer lifespan. The anti-static design prevents delicate SMD components from damage caused by static or electricity leakage.
4. The self-detection system has an intelligent malfunction display and alarm function in the event of overheating, short circuits, open circuits, overload, and other potentially harmful conditions.
5. The personalized pre-heating platform is covered with a thermal insulation pad for added safety. It features magnetic induction technology, meaning the loaded circuit boards or electronic components will be attached to the platform using 360 degree rotary stoppers for future processing.
6. Temperature Correction Function: The rework station will automatically correct the temperature due to environmental changes or replacement of the heating coil, solder iron or other components with a temperature correction range of -50℃ ~+50℃.
7. The temperature display mode changes between Celsius and Fahrenheit according to different markets.
8. The hot hair gun features both manual and automatic functions according to specific customer uses. We recommend using manual mode if you are continuously using the air gun, thus saving heating time for a higher efficiency.
