• Based on the market demand and latest technological design, the YIHUA-1000A, YIHUA-1000B infrared BGA rework station is integrated with the far infrared light, preheater, as well as soldering and hot air desoldering BGA rework stations.
• It is made with the humanization design. The infrared soldering uses the latest security probe to real-time track the surface temperature of soldering IC, thus to avoid the soldering parts damage caused by high temperature. This equipment offers an extremely good security application.
• The hot air gun uses Samsung micro control chip PID procedures based on the high-speed 100ms for periodically real-time tracking and correcting the temperature of air gun air inlet and iron tips. The temperature is highly stable.
• Iron handle of the BGA rework station adopts the high-temperature resistant silicone wire. The silicone wire has no damage within 30 seconds when contacting with the iron tips of 300℃.
• The equipment comes with the -50 ℃ to +50 ℃temperature compensation function. The infrared light has a 5-80 power adjustment function.
• Additionally, it has the ℉/℃ conversion function, to meet different customers’ needs.
