1. Based on the market demand and latest technological design, the YIHUA-1000A, YIHUA-1000B infrared BGA rework station is integrated with the far infrared light, preheater, as well as soldering and hot air desoldering BGA rework stations.
2. It is made with the humanization design. The infrared soldering uses the latest security probe to real-time track the surface temperature of soldering IC, thus to avoid the soldering parts damage caused by high temperature. This equipment offers an extremely good security application.
3. The hot air gun uses Samsung micro control chip PID procedures based on the high-speed 100ms for periodically real-time tracking and correcting the temperature of air gun air inlet and iron tips. The temperature is highly stable.
4. Iron handle of the BGA rework station adopts the high-temperature resistant silicone wire. The silicone wire has no damage within 30 seconds when contacting with the iron tips of 300℃.
6. The equipment comes with the -50 ℃ to +50 ℃temperature compensation function. The infrared light has a 5-80 power adjustment function.
7. Additionally, it has the ℉/℃ conversion function, to meet different customers’ needs.
